NovaDrop Shipping Policy & Transit Timelines
All orders received from our premium suppliers are processed directly through our primary quality control hub located at our business premises in Worcester, Western Cape. Here, every item undergoes a strict manual quality check and physical inspection before dispatch.
Fulfillment operates in two distinct phases: a processing buffer followed by physical transit. All shipping rates are weight-based directly in our system to protect profit margins and match live fulfillment matrices.
  • Fulfillment & Custom Branding Processing: Please allow 2 to 3 business days for our Worcester team to complete quality control checks, execute custom packaging, and hand the parcel over to our courier partners.
  • Transit Freight Classes (Once Dispatched):
    • Standard Delivery / Free Standard Delivery (Orders R500+): 5 to 8 business days total delivery window from the order date. Shipped via tracked overland economy road networks.
    • Express Delivery: 3 to 5 business days total delivery window from the order date. Shipped via priority air cargo routes for fast handling.
